[10:22] Byk walks closer to the dead body of bosk. He moves head with knife up and thrusts it in bosk. He opens his belly very slowly. Turns his head back"Good Mistress?"
[10:24] Aphris nods "go on, stick your arms in side and get the organs out"
[10:26] Byk puts his hands inside and tries takes away all organs. He breaths faster, but after a long moment some organs are outside.

[10:29] Aphris: "now cut the belly till the bosks arsh, and tll its troat, then slap asside the sides"
[10:33] Byk nods and takes all organs away. He moves his hand up and rubs his forehead. He walks around dead body and do rest of duties very careful. Sometimes strighten up and looks at his owner.
[10:34] Aphris orders him with the air of an expert cook "cut away half cm thick strpes of the meat, each strip about 20 cm long an between 5 - 10 cm thick

[11:06] Aphris takes the bucket and throws the salt over a repclothed sheet at the grass, she spreads it evenly and then lays the pieces of meat on the sheet in the salt "salt will preparate the meat against rotting, sun and wind will do the rest and make it dry, so dry wecan eat it

[11:11] Aphris finishes the salting of the meat, she then hangs the meat at the rack, in the right positon so they get maximum influence of the wind and the summer sun
13:24] Nadi opens her sleepy eyes, seeing that daylight is coming through the bosk hide door of her Master's wagon. nadi pushes the fur from her body. Sitting up stretches her arms high above her head. Runs long fingers through her tangled hair. Standing smooths her camisk, adjusting it covering her ripe curves, turns and walks to the side of the wagon. On the table next to her Master's furs, takes the bowl of water left there for her, drinking it with great thirst. Picks up the dry sa tarna bread, eating it quickly. Wipes her pouty lips with the back of her hand and sets the empty bowl down. Leaves the wagon to do her chores
[13:24] Nadi looking out across the plains, inhales the fresh sweet air as the sun hits her warming her shoulders. Early morning is her favorite time of day, when everything is waking. Strolls across the camp to the public wagon. Stepping inside, nadi checks the barrel of freshly butchered bosk meat. Seeing that the Mistress has had the heiner cut it for drying.
[13:24] Nadi moving outside the wagon nadi goes to a place in the grass where a fire has been built. Gathering some wood from behind her Masters wagon she piles it to start a hot fire. Rolling three large tem tree trunks she ties them together at the top with strong thick rence cord. With all her might she pulls the three legged poles to stand above the fire. Taking a sharp rock nadi notches a hole in two places on each side. Searching the ground she finds several good stout pieces of wood to use as skewers for the meat.
[13:24] Nadi searching the storage for a barrel of salt, finds a wooden bowl and fills it with the white crystals. From the shelf she takes a box of stinging spices and walks to the the fire she has built. Setting the salt an spices aside, with a long stick pokes at the fire as the embers begin to burn down and only a small fire remains to heat the meat an dry it slowly. Saunters back to the public wagon. With a large rence cloth sack she opens the barrel of bosk meat an begins to put pieces into the bag. When it is full to the weight she can carry, slings it over her shoulder, with a loud grunt starts to walk to the drying rack.
[13:25] Nadi laying the meat out on a clean blanket on the ground she opens the box of stinging spices and begins to massage them into the meat. Takes a pointed stick, starts to skewer the chunks of bosk flesh onto it. Adjusting the skewers on the poles...moves the bowl of salt close, beginning to rub the hanging pieces with salt. Working it into each piece. The coals of the fire now hot, her bronzed skin sweltering from the heat, starts to drip beads of sweat. Standing back from the fire, checks to make sure the heat is evenly distributed to dry each roast.
[13:25] Nadi happily scampers back to her Master's wagon to complete the cleaning there. Thinking to herself she must watch the drying carefully making sure no precious meat dries to hard or burns. Scurrys about her chores.
